Always use “File > Project Settings > Scratch Disks” and “Consolidate & Transcode” before moving anything. And never, ever rename folders while Premiere is open. Would I recommend Premiere based on this? Only if you have a strict, one-drive, never-move-a-file workflow. Otherwise, look elsewhere or budget 20% of your edit time for relinking battles.
