In the "Property" dropdown, select Hardware Ids .
Scroll down and select Sound, video and game controllers > Next.
Right-click your audio device and select Uninstall .
Click the Start button (Windows logo), right-click Computer , and select Manage .
In Device Manager, right-click the problematic audio device and select Properties .
Click Have Disk .
Restart your PC immediately. Do not skip this step.
