Escape the garden. Tip: Your first battle is a tutorial. Move Roland next to Karen (the healer) to trigger a support conversation. Let Althea use her basic fire spell to clear the thorny vines blocking the eastern path. Narrative Note: The game asks if you remember your promise to Althea. Saying “Yes” gives a small affection boost early on. Saying “No” unlocks a slightly different, colder tone in early dialogues.
