Green Dot (the maker of MoneyPak) has not run a TV ad in years. No legitimate business uses these for remote payment.

Once you give them that number, the cash is gone. There is and no way to track it.

Return the card to the store if you haven't opened it. If you have, demand a manager. 🛑

Do not confuse this with crypto or gift cards. A MoneyPak is a 14-digit code printed on a receipt. It is designed to load cash to your own prepaid card.

You are being scammed. The government does not accept prepaid codes.
