My only complaint is that customer support can be slow to respond. I had a minor issue with my login credentials before the test, and it took a couple of days to hear back via email. A live chat option would be a great improvement.
The computer-based format was intuitive, and I appreciated the quick turnaround time for results (around 4–5 business days). The practice materials available on their website were quite useful for familiarizing myself with the question types.

Still, Paragon offers a valid, recognized alternative to IELTS for Canadian purposes. I’d recommend them if you need English testing for citizenship, permanent residency, or professional designation — just plan ahead and don’t wait until the last minute if you run into technical issues.
