I eventually had to use my credit card number linked to the account to prove who I was. It feels very dated compared to other airline apps. Once you finally get the reset link, it works fine, but expect to spend 15 minutes digging for account numbers you might not have on hand." "Trying to recover my SkyMiles login has been a nightmare. The 'Forgot Password' link either sends a reset email that takes 30 minutes to arrive (by which time the link has expired) or it never arrives at all. The CAPTCHA verification glitches out on mobile browsers, and the phone automated system just loops you back to the website. I have miles I need to use, but I literally cannot access my account.
