At Medford High, Sheldon feels a sharp pain in his lower abdomen during a physics exam. He raises his hand.

Sheldon, still brooding, joins the family at the high school baseball field. Missy is trying out for the boys’ team (the girls’ team doesn’t exist). The coach is skeptical.
